Curative Botanica Cancellation & Privacy Policy

We respect your time and ask the same in return. This policy helps us maintain availability for all clients while protecting your privacy and personal information.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life — especially during pregnancy and postpartum — can be unpredictable. However, late cancellations directly impact our ability to support other clients.

Appointment Changes

  • 24 hours’ notice or more: no charge

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the appointment fee

  • Failure to attend: 100% of the appointment fee (appointment forfeited)

Late cancellation or missed appointment fees must be paid before your next session.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect other scheduled appointments. The full appointment fee still applies.

Packages

  • Appointments included in a package must be used within the timeframe specified in the package description.

  • Any sessions not used within this timeframe will be forfeited unless alternative arrangements have been discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Appointment Reminders

Courtesy reminders are sent via email or SMS where contact details are provided. These are a courtesy only.
If a reminder is not received and an appointment is missed, standard cancellation fees still apply.
